The Home Depot ((R)), the world’s largest home improvement retailer, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (MSLO), today announced an exclusive agreement to develop Martha Stewart Living brand home improvement products in select categories including Outdoor Living, Home Organization and Home Decor. The Martha Stewart Living brand at The Home Depot will provide customers with unique, innovative merchandise, while remaining loyal to Home Depot’s values and commitment to every day low prices.

The Home Depot and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia partnership is one of true collaboration. Martha Stewart and her team worked alongside designers with The Home Depot vendors and design teams to produce a brand that allows customers to easily coordinate the decor and design elements when taking projects home improvement.

MSLO Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Charles Koppelman said, “a new and exciting partnership allows MSLO to significantly expand our reach and expand our business. Between our program at The Home Depot and our strong offerings at Macy’s and other retailers, customers will find Martha Stewart products wherever they shop. ”

Products in the category Outdoor Living will begin to be launched in January 2010 in the United States and in Canada in February 2010. Products in the category Home Organization will be launched in February 2010. Outdoor Living line will consist of a variety of dining and conversation style patio set prices ranging from $ 399 to $ 1999, while the category Home Organization will display a new wardrobe organization system and a cube of nine versatile organizational units.

Both companies are in the process of developing additional product offerings will be available in 2010, and more details will be announced in the first part of next year. All of these products will be available in The Home Depot stores in the United States and Canada as well as on homedepot.com.
